Wise Developments Begins the First Phase of Construction at B Wise Mall

Major step forward, Wise Developments has announced the commencement of the initial construction phase of its large-scale commercial project, BWise Mall. The project has entered its execution phase following the handover of the land by the New Cairo City Authority and the completion of all technical studies and engineering designs, in collaboration with the consulting firm Art Line.

Project progress to date:

• Handover of the project land from the New Cairo City Authority.

• Completion of soil tests and geotechnical investigations.

• Preparation of the temporary perimeter fence around the project site.

• Completion of the final execution drawings.

• Precise positioning of the project structures using grid surveying.

Upcoming Construction Phases

• Completion of licensing requirements and official approvals.

• Commencement of excavation and leveling works.

• Execution of the foundations and structural framework.

• Implementation of finishing works and utility installations.

• Final handover of the project within the scheduled timeframe.
